Composite Doors

Fiber glass composite doors are tried and tested in the UK for more than two decades meeting today's demand for a durable low maintenance, high performance, and secure doors with improved insulation.

Classic's composite doors are made from low maintenance fiber glass over an inner core of high density polyurethane foam giving them greater insulating than traditional pvc and timber doors. Because they are fiber glass it means they can be hand painted at any time using ordinary gloss paint over our factory paint. For overall structural stability Classic's composite doors outperform wood and pvc doors and the insulation is up to 4 times more than timber!!!

These heavy weight secure composite doors are truly a marriage of new technology and old craftsmanship producing a tool with exquisite detail. There are a huge number of designs to choose from our satinized glass and sidelights.

All composite doors come with three point hook locks as standard which are the most up to date and secure locking system available. A wide range of glass designs are available all set on glass double glazed units.

CLASSIC'S COMPOSITE DOOR SPECIFICATIONS 

1. 65mm fibreglass reinforced Monocoque composite door.
2. Door furniture to be supplied in Gold, Black, Chrome or White.
3. All glazing in composite door is triple glazing.
4. 65mm ... Upvc frame reinforced with galvanized steel.
5. Client can choose from handle type lever/lever or lever/pad.
6. Our new system of double rebating using two seals is excellent in achieving draught proofing.
7. Door body U value - 0.205. Triple glaze U-value - 1.1. Combined U value - 0.64.
8. All glazing is internally beaded and designed to be removed from the inside.
9. Locks consist of a 3 hook and 2 shoot bolt locking systems.
10. Door cylinder PAS 23/24 approved and secured by design.
11. Hinges on composite doors are all rebated.
